I reached 15K followers on Instagram over the weekend and I couldn't be happier. I'm so grateful for each and everyone of you out there that supports this little dream of mine. It's so funny because a few years back when I was telling my friends that I was thinking of starting a business with cake pops; they were all like.... yeah...ummm... ok... because no one even heard of a cake pop! But here we are a few years later and the business seems to be flowing in its own direction and I couldn't be happier. I truly love what I do and it's just fun! That's how it should be!

So to say thank you I leave you with my famous PEANUT PRETZEL CHOC POPS RECIPE!!! Say what??!!! Yup.. It's all yours! The plan was to create an ebook with all my yummy recipes but I just have to do one thing at a time and I don't want to deprive you from this recipe any longer so it's yours!

What you need:

100g Pretzels
1/2 cup peanut butter (room tempreture)
1 Tb butter (room temperature)
Just under a cup of confectionary's sugar

1 heaped cup chocolate melts
1 Tb vegetable oil

16 lollipop sticks

Optional decorating: I used white, pastel blue, pastel yellow, pastel pink & pastel green Paint On Chocolate paints. I used the white as a prima to cover the milk chocolate and then was able to paint the gorgeous pastel colours really easily - gosh i love this stuff!. Pre order now for the super savings of 20%. Step 1: In a food processor, mix pretzels until it turns into a fine crumb with some little chunky pieces for the crunch factor. Set aside.

Step 2: In a small microwave safe bowl combine the butter and peanut butter together and place in the microwave for 15 seconds. Put mixture into the food processor with the pretzels.

Step 3: Add icing sugar to the mixture and mix in the food processor until combined really well - almost like a cookie dough mixture. Transfer to some cling wrap, wrap and place in the freezer for at least 15 mins to set.

Step 4: Meanwhile - Place chocolate and vegetable oil in a microwave safe bowl and place in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Be sure to stir in-between in cooking burst. Set aside for 5-7 for resting.

Step 5: Once the mixture has firmed up a bit, measure out 20g balls and roll. Once you have rolled one, roll then get a stick and dip it about 1cm into the chocolate and then stick it into the rolled ball about 3/4 in. Set aside and repeat.

Step 6: Once you have all your balls rolled and sticks have settled in them it's time to dip them into the chocolate. This mixture is quite heavy so dip and just slowly let the excess chocolate come off naturally and place on some baking paper to set.

Step 7: Once chocolate has set it's time to decorate! Have fun painting!
