Oh boy.. did I have fun making these.. Desserts on sticks don't just have to be the cake pop. When I launched Sweet Sticks originally, it had the intention of creating all sorts of sweets on a stick. I wanted to create all sorts of flavours, textures and designs for not just one particular audience but for everybody who enjoys a bit of something sweet every now and then. Having said all of that as time went on and so did the business it moved towards designing more couture cake pops and my other desserts were left behind. Even though I'm so grateful to where my business is now, changes are happening! And I'll explain here..

Now is probably a good time to introduce you to my beloved.

I'd like you to meet my sexy man.. Dirk.. We have been together for 13 years now! Married for almost 3 of them and let me tell you it has been one big journey to say the least. He is such a wonderful person and an amazing father to our son Jacob. I watch their bond and it's pretty special. A beautiful site to see.

Dirk is also a hard working self employed man - Aquarius Plumbing Services Pty Ltd which has two areas 1. Aquarius Plumbing and 2. Aquarius Bathrooms. He has been in his own business for the last 10 years and since I had Jacob we decided it was time for me to come on board and help him with the administration side of things and help in the areas which he is simply doesn't have time for anymore.

So currently I have a few jobs and I'm having a bit of trouble spreading myself out evenly in all areas so somethings have to give.

We're also expecting our 2nd child which is awesome and due first week of February (I think it's crazy now.. ha!). so with everything going on the area that has to slow down will be creating custom cake pop orders. As much as I LOVE putting smiles on peoples faces it's an area that has to be put on hold. In the meantime I'll be focusing the business more online - hence the chocolate sticks (stay tuned for something special in October).

I just realised that was a really long explanation for my chocolate sticks! Sorry! ha ha! At least you met Dirk :)

So flavours we have to show and tell are:

- Choc-Museli Sticks drizzled with a Peanut Butter Sauce

- Almond, Sultana and Coconut Chip Choc Crunch

- Apricot and Coconut Delight

- Rocky Road Sticks

Yummy, yummy in my tummy!!! Tell me.. Which one is your favourite?

And tell me.. What's your favourite flavour combination? Best comment.. Hmmm let me think.?? Ah ha..!! I feel a competition brewing up!! Comment below! I'd love to hear from you.

Miranda xx
